"Hi there! My name is Madison, and here is a little about me. I specialize in working with individuals within the athletic and fitness community such as (but not limited to): powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, strongman, individual, and/or team sports. In addition, I take a holistic health and wellness approach to best assist individuals looking to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits into their daily routine. Together we will tackle the concerns at hand, and create reasonable, attainable goals that can be followed and implemented for long-term success. As someone that has competed in powerlifting at the pro and national level and involved myself in the fitness community for over a decade- I understand the major role that athletics and sports performance has on lifestyle. With that comes both the achievements and challenges that coincide with being passionate about a sport, and together we will work to find what works best for you to break through any potential barriers and optimize your athletic potential."
