Mental Performance Coach

Hi! I’m Hannah, a mental performance coach dedicated to empowering and supporting athletes, performers, coaches, and parents through the complexities of the sports world. As a former competitive hockey and soccer player, I’ve experienced firsthand the highs and lows that come with competing. These experiences have fueled my passion for guiding others through the challenges of performance, from managing pressure and recovering from setbacks to overcoming self-limiting beliefs and overthinking.

I am committed to equipping performers with the essential skills and tools to handle performance anxiety, build resilience, increase focus, enhance confidence, regulate emotions, and develop greater self-awareness. I believe in a collaborative approach, where you are the expert on yourself, and I provide the support needed to achieve and sustain optimal performance and well-being.

Whether you’re an athlete striving to overcome obstacles, recovering from an injury, or aiming to elevate your game, I offer tailored strategies to help you achieve your goals.
