"I am embarking on my second career as a mental health professional after over a decade of service in law enforcement with the San Francisco Police Department. Working patrol was my first love and being a defensive tactics and physical training instructor at the San Francisco Police Academy was a great honor that led me to following this path into working with folks in a new capacity. Prior to my career in law enforcement, I was a Division I soccer player and served as an environmental volunteer in Madagascar with the Peace Corps. All of my experiences culminate into my compassionate and bold leadership style. Having trained and been the trainer of multiple disciplines, the common thread to link any competitive spirit and excellence is mindful passion. I am available to work with individuals and teams in a variety of capacities."
